Orders & Returns

How long will it take to get my order?

For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 10-15 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering.

Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us at hello@jamesly.info with your order number within 24 hours, and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I edit my shipping address

If your order hasn't shipped, we can edit the shipping address. Email us at hello@jamesly.com with the updated address as soon as possible. 

We are unable to edit a billing address once an order has been placed.

Whats your return policy?

We do not offer refunds for returns at this time.

We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for item exchange or store credit only. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

Can I exchange my piece for a different size?

Yes we will resize your product free of charge but the customer is required to pay for shipping.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

US Orders:

STANDARD 3-5 business days (orders $200+): Free Shipping

STANDARD 3-5 business days (orders less than $200): $20 Shipping

EXPEDITED 2 business days: $30 Shipping

OVERNIGHT 1 business day: $50 Shipping

What shipping carriers do you use?

USPS with standard shipping less than $500

Orders placed with standard shipping and valued $500+ are shipped via Fedex.

Orders placed with expedited shipping are shipped via Fedex.

What if my order is lost?

If you think your package is lost, email us at hello@jamesly.info right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.

Manufacturing & Materials

Where is your jewelry made?

We work with locally owned manufacturers in Los Angeles and Hong Kong whenever possible. This gives us better control over quality and ensures that our makers are fairly compensated and working under safe conditions. Most of our necklace and bracelet chains are made in Italy.

Are all of your pieces made with solid gold?

All of our yellow gold pieces are made with 14k solid gold (not plated or filled)

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, our warranty covers one complimentary repair within six months of order delivery, given that the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, improper storage of a piece, or any modification made to a piece by a third party.

Can I send my jewelry back to be engraved?

Yes, you can send your jewelry back to our studio to be engraved. Please purchase our engraving service HERE and email us a hello@jamesly.info to request our shipping address.

Do you make custom jewelry?

Yes, we accept custom jewelry orders. For custom and repurpose inquiries, please email us at hello@jamesly.info

Please note that custom pieces typically take at least 4-6 weeks to complete once our team begins production.
