Custom Jewelry Process

1. Design consult – Share your inspo + details, then I’ll give you a ballpark estimate.

2. CAD design – A small deposit goes toward the ring. You’ll get 3D renders/videos + unlimited edits.

3. Production deposit – Once you approve the design, a 50% deposit starts production (your ring will be completed within 2-5 weeks).

4. Final balance – Due when the ring is complete before shipping/pickup.

Maintenance Warranty

• Lifetime complimentary cleaning & inspections to keep your ring in top condition
• Free tightening of any loose stones during inspections
• Free replacement of up to two small side stones, then after it's $50 per stone replacement (if they chip or fall out)
• First resize is complimentary, then $100 per resize after*
• Covers all craftsmanship and structural issues (not normal wear, loss, or damage from impact)

**A note on resizing: Most rings can be resized up to two sizes. However, some designs, such as eternity bands, fully pavé-set bands, and other intricate settings, cannot be traditionally resized and instead require the ring to be recast. If your design falls into this category, we'll let you know before your order is placed. Should a recast ever be needed, you'll only pay for the labor. The gold from your original ring is credited toward the new piece, and we don't charge again for materials or the design. If a sizing error is ever ours, we'll remake the ring free of charge, no exceptions.
