Custom Jewelry Process

1. Design consult – Share your inspo + details, then I’ll give you a ballpark estimate.

2. CAD design – $150 deposit (goes toward the ring). You’ll get 3D renders/videos + unlimited edits.

3. Production deposit – Once you approve the design, a 50% deposit starts production (your ring will be completed within 2-5 weeks).

4. Final balance – Due when the ring is complete before shipping/pickup.


Maintenance Warranty

• Lifetime complimentary cleaning & inspections to keep your ring in top condition
• Free tightening of any loose stones during inspections
• Free replacement of up to two small side stones, then after its $50 per stone replacement (if they chip or fall out)
• First resize is free, then $100 per resize after
• Covers all craftsmanship and structural issues (not normal wear, loss, or damage from impact)
